The Covid pandemic has turned our lives upside down. As far as we might be concerned, the majority of us have either lost our jobs or are sitting at home slumping before our computers while juggling other everyday tasks. While we usually make it a point to sit upright in the office, we tend to neglect how or where we sit while at home. This negligence puts a great deal of strain on the neck and the back.
