Mr. Ashwin Dani and Mrs. Ina Dani profoundly experienced the transformative benefits of Iyengar Yoga 35 years ago under the auspices of Yogacharya B.K.S Iyengar, Geetaji & Prashantji. Ever since they have been ardent followers of Iyengar Yoga. The Dani family was inspired to see others experience the benefits which led them to share and spread the teachings of B.K.S Iyengar. For over two decades the centre has been conducting medical, prenatal, children, and general yoga classes to cater to thousands of practitioners from different walks of life.

A foundation class designed for students new to yoga; possessing other yoga experience or those with less than two years experience of Iyengar yoga.
An Iyengar yoga class designed for expectant mothers to enjoy a healthy pregnancy by offering maximum health benefits to both, the mother and baby without straining.
An intermediate Iyengar yoga class designed for students who have been experiencing Iyengar Yoga regularly for at least 3 years and are geared up for intensive asanas & pranayama classes.
A special ladies intermediate Iyengar yoga class designed for women experiencing Iyengar Yoga regularly for at least 3 years and are geared up for intensive asanas & pranayama classes.
A fun Iyengar yoga class designed for children from age group 7-12 enabling them to increase concentration and physical fitness.
A restorative Iyengar class designed to derive therapeutic and meditative benefits to heal, calm and alleviate specific medical conditions.
Iyengar yoga consists of exercises that target your core, Improves flexibility and brings about a sense of internal and external balance.
